Unicist Competencies Model

The unicist competencies model is based on the Unicist Standard and integrates the business model, its corresponding natural organization and the competencies required by the members of an organization to manage the tools to obtain effective results.
The unicist competencies model can be used to sustain in-company talent development programs led by their executives.
The model is based on 24 competencies that are required to fulfill the needs of the business models and the consequent organizational model. From 8 to 12 functional competencies suffice to fulfill the requirements of each job description.
The program includes the adaptation of competencies based on the evolution of the business model applied in a company.
There is a complementary talent development program oriented towards managers and high potential individuals.
