It is a program to diagnose the talents within a company and develop individual action-plans to empower their natural skills and complement them within the organization. This is an independent or complementary program to the unicist competencies model.
It can also be applied sustaining existing competencies systems.

Talents Diagnosis (Blue Eagle
X-pert System)
The participant receives his/her individual diagnosis as a result of personal interviews and the support of the Blue Eagle Expert System. Through this diagnosis the participant receives a report on the potentiality of his/her talents for strategic management.
This is a detailed diagnosis that includes (among other aspects):

An action plan is established to develop his/her talent.
Individual Learning Program
It includes an individual learning program adapted to
his/her talent development plan.
Follow up
The follow up is defined with the participants.
Personal Counseling
There are individual counseling meetings with the counselor
to support the development of the participant’s
talents.
Duration
The program lasts 3 months. The participant can extend
his/her counseling if there is a previous agreement with
