Business Objects driven Technologies

Programs are based on counseling driven learning and are personalized so as to foster each participant’s talent development.
Participants are also introduced into the management of business catalysts to increase the speed of producing added value to the markets.
The unicist object driven approach to business is based on the possibility to influence a certain reality based on the knowledge of its conceptual structure and the logical inference rules to diagnose, make prognoses and operate in that reality.

Developing strategies using the Unicist Standard

Participants use the unicist object driven approach as a complementary tool when developing diagnoses, prognoses and strategies in their organizations. This activity is supported by a virtual library for consultation, the use of an expert system and counseling.

Program Levels

The program is developed following three levels of maturity. Each level is developed in 12 weeks.

Level 1 – To learn to manage the language to deal with the nature of businesses (Fundamentals)
Level 2 – To manage object driven diagnoses of businesses
Level 3 – To manage unicist object driven strategies

Each level includes 12 modules. They are analogous to the Unicist Strategy Program. The difference is in the level of depth of the application. Each module is developed during one week including both virtual lectures plus live virtual clinics.

The modules are applied to different problems at level 1, 2 and 3.

The Program includes:

1) Individual learning agreement
The counselor proposes a learning agreement based on the participant’s background, knowledge, interests and objectives. Such learning agreement with the participant includes short term and long term commitments.

2) Unicist object driven technologies
The participant receives access to the Unicist object driven technology e-books that are necessary to achieve his/her objectives.

3) Diagnosis of live cases
Diagnoses and their feedback drive the objective aspects of the learning process. This process implies a permanent “action-reflection-action” process. It includes the diagnoses of several cases, including their prognoses and their feed-back to confirm their forecasts.
Diagnoses are monitored by participants using the Blue Eagle X-pert System. Counselors are responsible for the fallacy-shooting of the application process.

4) Counseling driven learning
The unicist approach to reality based on its nature requires an individual counseling process. Counselors are responsible for backing the foundation building process of the diagnoses developed by participants.
To do so they foster and guide participants in the use of the reflection process applied to real complex problem solutions.

5) Group exchange
Participants have the possibility of exchanging experiences with colleagues. The exchange of experiences leverages the reflection process and improves the quality of the original solutions developed by participants.

6) Complementary tools
The program includes the use of complementary tools for unicist strategy building. Among others, the following tools are accessible from their original developers:
1) C-map – concept mapping for strategy building
2) Protegé – for conceptual IT design
3) Taverna – for conceptual design in the field of life-sciences
4) Hozo – for conceptual engineering

7) Blue Eagle X-pert System (BEES)
More than 2,900 researches on the unicist ontologies in the field of individual, institutional and social evolution made the development of the expert system possible. The finding of the structure and contents of the realities researched was the basis for the development of the BEES.
The BEES - Blue Eagle X-pert System - develops diagnoses based on ontological/logical inferences based on the rules established by the unicist ontology of evolution.
The BEES processes the objective monitoring of the diagnoses made by participants.

At the end of the program the participant will have integrated the experience and knowledge to deal with the nature of businesses.
