Talent development
The program is designed to develop the top executive talent of a company in-house and to have the sponsoring company retain, use, and benefit from the learning that takes place in solving its own complex problems. The program can also be extended to include executives of an organization's clients and providers.
Programs can be managed by officers of the company or by members of the Unicist Network.
Counselors support the participants in the process of complex problem solving. Counselors are trained members of the Unicist Network of TURI and may include executives of the company who have been trained in the Unicist methodologies. |
